The class was excellent, David Both is one of the best instructors I have had in my 20+ years in the industry…

David Both, our instructor, was able to determine our various levels of expertise and speak to those various levels on the fly.  He handled the hardware failures and work arounds with grace and changed his order of operations when needed.  He was a real pro.

We all really enoyed having access to his professional admin experience and insights, and the way he would gladly delve into a subject that we deemed important or just wanted to know more about; all this while keeping us on schedule(!). Anyway… you get the idea…  He’s a real geek-crowd pleaser!
